Sorry guys... just having a parenting moment here.

What happened?
Cops.
Lawsuits.
People who can't take a joke.
Bullying.
etc etc etc.
Gaming is the only outlet many kids have for doing outlandish things that they would normally get in trouble for.

I guess times have changed but there are still plenty of things that kids can do, outside, that are a bit healthier and more productive than playing video games all day. Don't get me wrong, I think kids should be able to play video games but parents should limit the time.
There has to be something drastically wrong when there are Public Service Announcements ont TV to encourage kids to go outside and play for an hour a day.

Thats a give and take kinda situation too though. You have to remember, when most parents were kids, the atari wasnt even out yet, most didnt even own a tv. Times have changed and so has entertainment. Generation x and beyond were all groomed from a young age into the electronics industry. Most were probably babysat by their tv. Granted it isnt necessarily the healthiest lifestyle, but as long as they are semi-active weekly, theres nothing to worry about. On a side-note, I really think they should start looking at video games as a viable resource for anger management, and other such things. Seriously, if most postal workers played an hour a day of Socom, I bet alot less real people get killed. Plus it saves on the expense of a person who is most likely more f'ed up than you.

Yeah I played with some kids today, their voices were HORRIBLE, but, they were good. Even though I scrub-a-dub-dubbed them with an F90 also there is a girl in my clan, she's 28 but she's better than most girls who play socom, I'm trying to teach her how to quicksnipe, she's like my best friend =)

A-frickin-men. When I was a kid, I raised all kinds of hell and had all sorts of adventures. Some kids today spend way too much time in front of a tv, when they need to take their underaged as.ses outside and experience things.
Revolutionite, she sounds like she's the cat's as.s at Socom, good for her.

don't raise the morale of these little kiddies. everyone knows that one reaches their physical peak when they are in their early twenties, so the whole kids are naturally better at games argument, just falls flat on it's face.
It's more than likely her older sibling playing while she is talking on the mic. I know that whenever i visit my brothers in Virginia, and i decide to play halo 2 with my brother(he is the second oldest sibling in the family, right below me). we always put the one of the two younger kids on the mic. it's fun to see the reaction of people when they think, they got owned by a 10 year old kid.
