Has there been any suggestion of what the PS3 content is?
To be quite honest, it could be something as small as GTAIV outfits for use on your Home avatar.
Additionally, why would MS pay 50 million for exclusive DLC, when the PS3 is going to theoretically have similar DLC? That's a waste of a lot of money, and I doubt MS would leave that door open.
I will be getting the game for the 360. Achievements, Downloadable Content, Controller feel, reserved copy already, etc.
And the simple fact that I don't own a PS3 - and unless someone ships one to my house it doesn't look like I will ever own one.

"In its GDC keynote extravaganza, Microsoft confirmed that the first downloadable "episode" for GTA IV will be coming this August, exclusively to Xbox 360.
Grand Theft Auto IV: Episode One, as it's being called, is presumably the first in the previously announced two downloadable episodes for Rockstar's sequel. They've been rumoured to have cost Microsoft a fair few pennies too.
There is also a "hands on" preview of the game expected for February 27th and next month's issue of OPM UK will also have some exclusive info. Seems like we should be getting quite a bit of information over the next couple of weeks.
The R* official GTAIV site has got a couple of new videos (not gameplay ones) but my Internet is too slow to play them today.
PS: Sorry if my text is aligned all weird, I don't know what happened.

Lame. Completely lame. That's what I think about this.
Don't take it as gospel, but it's my guess.
Like I said before, MS paid a lot of money for exclusivity on that front with the episodes (expanded locations and missions), so I don't expect to see anything similar on the PS3.
