360 gameplay performance...
Hi guys, I'm new to the forum so please excuse me if my questions sound ridiculous. My XBOX 360 has been working fine ever since I've had it (knock on some wood) and still does (never gave me any problems to date). I was recently playing a game (Condemned to be exact) and it plays fine to me on the whole. However there are a FEW times in some places where I'm either being attacked by a lot monsters or I'm in a area with heavy lighting effects, where it seems that the game somewhat "slows down" a pinch, not to the effect where I'm in slow motion, but a little less than normal speed. Once I've left those types of areas, the game seems to run at normal speeds. I would just like to know if this sort of thing is normal? Again I apologize if my question seems ridiculous, I just want to make sure everything is fine. Thanks for your time and in advance for your help, I really appreciate it.

I think it's pretty normal. This has happened to me on a few games, I think it used to happen often on Halo 3. There shouldn't be anything wrong with your 360.
