While your explanation obviously makes sense, it was the
number of people that were laid off once this project was near completion that had me wondering... I can understand a few people being laid off here and there, but I could have sworn that I heard almost the whole development team was laid off.
Just seemed odd for me to hear that... especially considering that I'm sure the game will be totally popular, just based on the buzz that it's been gathering over the past few months alone.
