if that's possible then it might eliminate the abuse of the relaxed rules by the immature types since they wouldn't even realize the rule had been relaxed in the first place.
as for the older members who might abuse it just treat it like any other infraction. if they get too out of hand then throw a warning at em, then a suspension, and then an outright ban if they get really stupid about it.

Yeah I'm sure there is an option of "Turn censorship off" for a certain user. It would be a pain though because lib would have to make a new group for people that are allowed to curse and the rest are not allowed. Its easier to just leave it alone.
