Is it possible to add another computer for sharing? And I don't use Windows Media Center.

Your post is a bit vague... what exactly are you trying to achieve?

Per example, when I listened to my music, I can only see my brother's computer but not mine... I already setup on Windows Media Player but I cannot see my computer when see the computer list on the Xbox 360.

You need to use windows media center extender if your on vista wich is built in, or use windows player 11 media sharing if your using xp (sp2 required). Well actually You need windows media 11 on xp and vista to stream music so is that what your having a problem with?

Do like this:
open up WM11 and then click Media Sharing.
In the Media Sharing, select the Share my media to check box.
In the list of devices below the Share my media to check box, select Xbox 360 and then allow.

Now that should do it, unless of course your computer is not recognizing the 360 which i had that problem once but it was a simple setting i messed up on.
