I consider that a trade off though because a few months back I watched Dexter and had it in my Instant Q and now it has completely disappeared. I was saving it to watch on Xbox!
I like the newly added and surely limited time Snowglobe. I like shaking all my friends up.

It took some getting used to, but I like it. The part about installing games to your hard drive is hands down the best thing about it. I also got that free Christmas theme and I'm using it as well... I like it :) Right after X-Mas I'll be going back to my GoW2 theme though!
Has the Dashboard been acting gay for anyone else?
I'm experiencing;
Slow load on start up
Party chat lag
Sluggish marketplace
Friends loading slow
Freezing when exiting friends profile(but I'm still able to bring up the guide and cycle through it)

wtf? Any fix?
Everytime I fire up the 360 and sign in, I let everything take its course to load for about a minute or less otherwise the dashboard will stick.
Party Chat Lag - No
Sluggish Marketplace - No
Friends Loading Slow - Only at first sign in
As far as it acting gay - No ...I haven't noticed anything like that. Although, the controler does vibrate on my crotch at times for no speciffic reason.

The only thing I am noticing (and two of my friends said it to me just last night) was that there is a really bad lag during party chat. If I had a fix I would post it. Is there a way to file a complaint with XBL? I'm sure this is one of those things they might want to look into.

Mine is usually fine for me but sometimes if me and my friends are all in a party playing together they get booted out of the party. It is really weird it tells me that they left the party and it tells them that I left the party. Not sure why it is doing this.
I was actually having a problem last night with party chat while playing Gears with my brother and his friends. It took a while for it to happen, but eventually two people were kicked from the party, they rejoined and then everyone was kicked from the party.
I've also had to wait a while for my friends avatars to load on the dashboard. And every now and then it loads up slow when I first turn on my Xbox.
Other than that (and Pat's Mexican internet), no real problems.
The only time I ever have a problem with party chat is when it's my Party and my mic chord gerts yanked out of my controller on accident. The new mics blow chunks and don't stay connected as good as the OG mics. Anyways, when the mic becomes unplugged and I plug it back in there's no longer any communication in some instances. I have to shut off the system and restart the party to have a working mic again.
I still to this day have never had a full cappacity of 8 peeps on party chat.
