Download and install took under 5 minutes for me. I signed up for the $8.99 Netflix plan and probably keep it. My one DVD at a time will probably be going to something the family really wants to see.

Anyway, currently watching Dan in Real Life over XBL. As said before, a limited selection for instant streaming but with NXE out now I'm sure the instant streaming selection will (or should) increase dramatically.

Anyone else having a problem playing music from a portable device (for me, MP3 player)? I tried it 3 times last night in game and once on the dashboard and just got the 'Please Wait' screen until I got impatient. Same thing this morning.

I really want the Netflix service but I will give it some time to see if it gets better. I wonder if I can get movies that are hard to find like .REC the original film of Quarantine I have alwanted to see it XD

Also does anyone know if its 8.99 a month or a year?

That would be 8.99 per month.

I have seasons 1-4 of The Office on my queue, so I have been using the Netflix feature quite a bit! I've also got some other series on there. I think it's much better than having Netflix send it through the mail, as it may take a while to watch and you won't have anything else coming until you send that one back (unless you allow more movies to be sent at a time, which costs more of course).

Im sure theres something about that in their "terms of service" agreement.....but I almost fell asleep reading through the first half of it. I hate it how they make those stupid things so long. Just get to the point and let us know what the new additions were and let us be.
