Microsoft Points problem
I have a serious problem; I was wondering if anyone else had this problem.

Currently, I can not input a prepaid Microsoft points card on LIVE. I just bought the damn thing about 20 minutes ago. I came home, plugged the redeem code in, and then I got an error. I then tried to buy points with my credit card, and the little loading XBOX 360 logo came up. It continued to load for around 15 minutes. I couldn't cancel it, so I had to turn the XBOX off so I could load up the dash.

I checked out XBOX's website, and there isn't a log in thing up right now. I think there may be a problem with Microsoft points right now. I tried calling 1-800-4MYXBOX, and I couldn't be connected to an operator. I got a message like, "XBOX can not currently take your call.". I checked websites and other forums to see if anyone else has or had this problem. I've seen that a lot of other folks have this too.

Anyone here got it? I think Microsoft ****ed something up within a few hours ago.

Kind of bumming me out... I really wanted to play the new Rainbow Six Maps.

Well, obviously it worked. I didn't end up playing with you guys until around 11:00PM. I went and watched South Park and then came back to my XBOX and see that I suddenly had the 1600 points. I know a bunch of people had problems yesterday. On the XBOX Live website, it had a status board saying that people may be experiencing problems with the XBOX Live Market Place and XBOX Live Video Market.

I'm just glad that there was no kind of "lag" with redeeming my 4,000 points that I entered on my system that night when the R6V download came out.

jwm2 has disabled reputation
My heart skips a beat everytime i enter in a new points card or xbox live gold card. It doesn't help that my inet connection sucks. Its the same thing on the wii, and that one takes 3 times as long to register :/
