I will be posting strategic tactics for SEALs and Terrorists for this map.
I will do many maps, so perhaps I will edit this post and the name when I post more map tactics.
Using a Vig map provided by SeaSnipers, I sketched some critical control/rushing/sniping/etc. points for SEALs and Terrorists, in Vigilance.
I advice you to have the map open while reading this.
VIGILANCE

The first thing you will notice as a SEAL, is a critical building (a.k.a. SEAL Roofs), which offers many crutial sniper points. This is circled in
yellow. Setting up a few snipers on that roof will give you control of the left section of the map, which is boxed in
PINK.
Now, rushers have three main entrances to the terrorist designated portion of the map. These three ways are called the Church (line drawn in
red), The Sewers (line drawn in
blue), and Main Street (line drawn in
green). With Main Street, you can go in between the Bike room and a small roof, or behind the Bike room. You can also cut through the Bike room. Going through the Church can be difficult, and easy. You can blow a gate to the right of the Church with C4, or take a well timed jump through the window. The window is much quicker, and is a lot more quiter, so I advise you to learn how to do it.
Campers have certain areas that can be well covered with a few well placed claymores. These camping spots (SEAL side of map) are circled in
cyan.
Knowing these routes will increase your chance of winning, as well as customizing your own route. In between each rush point may be a small area you can cut through, it's all up to you to find what you will be doing as a SEAL on Vigilance.

When you start as a terrorist in Vigilance, you find yourself in a narrow alley. This can proove useful for planting mines, just make sure you warn your teammates. This area has a sketchy circle around it in
white.
Sniping roofs aren't hard to come by in this map for terrorists. These key sniping roofs are circled in
yellow. Many ground leveled areas around these buildings are growing with bushes, and can provide great ground sniping as well. With snipers set up at these various locations, you can have a lot of key rushing points covered, which are boxed in
PINK.
Terrorists have many ways to rush. Some are the same routes as SEALs. Three main rushing spots for terrorists are Main Street / Bike Room (drawn in
red), The Sewers (drawn
blue), and the Church (drawn in
green). As with the SEALs, each main route has it's secrets. You can cut through different ways, leading to the the same three endpoints, but taking a different route.
Terrorists have a few great camping spots, but most people know about them, so watch for grenades. These camping locations are circled in
cyan. Campers also can hide within the sniping buildings, just make sure to stay away from the windows.
Taking these routes, camping at these locations, and rushing certain areas will get your team a victory. I use a certain method as SEALs and Terrorists on this map, but that is for me to know, and you to get killed by.
