M16 Tactics
Okay, this is how I use the 16'.

1. Only use at longer ranges, try and avoid close quarters combat.

2. DO NOT get double ammo. It has plenty without double ammo. You can use the extra nades'.

3. Always aim at head/chest level. The M16 is highly accurate and 2-3 shots to the chest will drop someone or severely maim them. Besides, you can use what little rise it has to your advantage, and maybe a get a headshot.

4. If this weapon is used on Crossroads, try and only fight on the side streets.

5. The M16 is better for camping than rushing unless you are REALLY good with it.

6. Usually you will find that people that use the M16 also use a lot of nades'.

7. Some people dont realize this, but the M16 can be used as a sniper rifle. All you have to do is use the binoculars, find a realtively still target, then fire of a burst at the head or chest. This works great with Foxhunt, Guidance, Nightstalker, and pretty much any other long rage map.

The great thing about this gun is, it's able to be used on SEAL teams and Terrorists teams, so if you get good with it you always have a gun to fall back on, plus you can dominate on both teams.
Feel free to add tips to this thread.

You have nightvision at nightstalker so you don't get binoculars, but long range kills are still possible to get. Yes good tips and binoculars are great to use if you get them. Also I like to add a great way to get warmed up is to go into a respawn room and leave once you feel you got the hang of it. You may think you don't need the warm up but I noticed it helps a lot.

Its best not to warm^ in respawn. Its best to join a rushing map ( not nading map like ff) something like NS. I always play using my head when its my first game so i get like 20+. (first game = http://putfile.com/pic.php?pic=9/26219262648.jpg&s=x1 )

I tend to warm up in respawn rooms, not go into a regular room first thing. I guess we all have our own ways of warming up. Whatever works for you, is probably the way you should warmup

PS3 ID : Cylon-

I usually warm up in a respawn to get the feel. If you learn to master this gun it is quite deadly and is easily one of the best guns

I'm the opposite. I log on, dive right into a game (usually DG), realize I suck, go play a few respawns, then get back into a real game and play good.

I used to do that, but then i figured out doing respawn FIRST was more efficient.
