NS, BLIZZ AND DG

Im usually really good at Blizz Seals and NS Seals, but I was wondering if anyone has any good stratagies for those so I can do better on them. I really need help on DG Terr tho. I usually camp in the Hostage room or snipe, but my deaths are always higher than my kills on this map. I need help with it, any ideas?
