Wow, thats what i have to say. I thought TA 12 GUAGE sucked, but i never used it. So i was playing a FF game 6v6 and i decide to pull it out. Next thing you know it i kill 5 of the 6 SEALs, i was like HOLY S#!T. yeah im sure you dont care bout this post. lol, but just to tell you that TA 12 GUAGE is SWEET.

Yeah, they're all the same if they're on single shot. M3 just has the ability to go auto. In S3 they should be varied more, like the pump should shoot 2x farther than the M3 and no be as spread out.

Yeah when using the TA, or PUMP, you usually just knock the guy on his ***, and then have to run over to him, and finish the job But with the M3, you hit him, he goes flying, then the second shot gets him in the air. So basically, you never have to "finish the job"

I've just begun using the TA on several maps as terrorist, such as Night Stalker and Crossroads. I can't say that I've done as well as you have mc-HAM, but I have more than held my own. The TA is particularly volitile when matched with a DE on Quick2, for mid range shots and to give yourself a fighting chance, if, as a rusher you encounter someone from afar and he sees you and attacks.

The TA is a good choice among shotguns because the enemy most likely doesn't expect someone to have equipped it over the M3. Odds are, if you jump out at someone from close range and fire, they will be surprised and waste a mag or even two while you can continue firing at a steady rate with the TA, most likely killing them. The M3 runs out of ammo almost as quickly as an m16 or other popular guns, and since they have mostly the same power at a close range (when rushing or lying in wait), this leaves you at a disadvantage.

Oh, and on a lesser note, many (not me, but many) will chastise you for bringing out an M3, citing the fact that "its cheap and a noob gun" or "it scared me and I pooped myself", while you will recieve no flack for using a TA.

Yeah i like using TA on night stalker, frost fire, crossroads those are my favourite levels to use it on, but the other levels im not too good at with the TA i dunno why, lol. but yeah i try to avoid using the pistol, because thats boring, with a shotgun however its fun watching the SEAL/Terrorist fall down and you wait for him to get back up on his feet then BLAST him away again.
