Just to try and clear some things up on the grenade-gun-stay-down thing, from my experience what happens is that if you have out a nade, someone's gun will still go up if you are in their line of site, or ahead of their general direction, but it will not go up if you are sneaking behind them, like it normally would.

i use stealth w/ a bit of a twist...if being sneaky is my main concern my loadout is:

M4A1SD
SP10
M67 x2
ammo x2

If I go loud n proud on my main weapon, I like to use a silenced handgun in that case:

AK-105
Mk 23SD
M67 x2
ammo x2

either way, I have an SD, and a loud gun to do a wounded rabbit call to make those pesky, curious enemies who love to follow their red crosshair arrows...
