I have just discovered how good the AKS-74 is. I just got out of about 3 games in Crossroads terrorists, and all I used was the AKS! I ****ing raped me some seals! It's a VERY powerful gun. Good for long range, too. Probably my new favorite terrorist gun.

my god man the aks-74 is so weak i started useing it in crossroads i was were the trigger for the bridge by the seals spawn and there was a seal in that little basket it out side i poped out wile he was reloading shot put my mag in him he never fired so i think he was out of bullets he was standing there i started to reload and a guy poped me with sniper rifle

The AKS-74, is not a weak gun, by any means. It is, a bit weaker, than the AK-74. I love using the 74. It gives me some long range kills. And great mid and close range kills. I don't know if it's as good, as say the M-14, as I don't like using that. But it is a good hard hitting weapon.

The only time i found it powerful was in single player. Otherwise, it is too weak.

You may have had a bad lag experience with ther 105, but it is as powerful as the 47, more accurate, nearly same fire rate and less recoil keep trying it and youll like it

Excellent input! This helped me decide as to whether or not the gun is worthy of my use. I mean, nobody told the about the pros and cons of the AK weapons and you did it all in just four words! Wow you are amazing!

I love using the AKS-74 when the room gets really laggy. It is my number two next to the M16A2 because it is an excellent mid-range weapon and has enough power to compete against the seal weaponry. Inaccurate? Do what you do for every gun with that problem....tap the fire button. Or put it on burst mode. It helps out alot.

The AK-105 is one of my favatite SEAL guns. :D It is very accurate with an easy to master recoil and VERY powerful bullets. Its range may seem kinda bad, but if you aim right, you can get a pretty far range with it. Just make sure you have a good connection though, because when I have a bad connection, the AK-105 seems to get as weak as a player that cant aim with a 552 silenced.

Were you actually hitting him? It takes practice dude, its very powerful.. and has a somewhat good firerate for the AK. Once you get used to it, you're unstoppable. The worst thing though has to be the fire rate. But if its one on one in a nice fire fight, and you're actually nailing the guy he's gonna drop. Trust me. It's one of those guns.. even if its a body shot it's gonna take a good bit of damage. If you're caught up in a close range type thing you're pretty screwed. A good gun to camp with because you can hop out, pop him a good half a clip or less.. and pop back into your spot without him even being able to turn around.

i dont know where i was hitting him you know how you hide behind a door when someone starts to run out the door you quickly sidestep and blow them away it works with any weapon basicly i tried that he whouldnt die


is that the reason it seems so crapy because the one in socom 1 was an ak-74 not an aks?
