it seems fire rate will likely tie into power. because a heafty fire rate can make a weaker gun seem stronger. but inaccurate weapons are less likely to hit a target even with an insane fire rate. and the m14 is only an "inconsistancy" with SONY's law if your using short bursts. wich is kind of unfair to call it an inconsistancy as the gun is acutally very inaccurate [if you lay on the trigger]

If you were to shoot all the guns single fire; you would see that some more powerful ones are more accurate than some weaker ones. There's no denying it, and if you really want to test it, we can set up a room and test every single weapon.

I would have to say the worst gun is by far the F57, that gun is so incredibly weak and not that accurate because unlike other guns, it may seem like you hit them in the head but you haven't. The worst gun in the game imo.
Besides handguns I would say the M40A1 is the worst gun in the game, I can get lots of headshots with the F90(I'm good with SMGs and fast firing guns) but the M40A1 may be still but it is so slow to reload and weak. I'd rather pick the SASR over this weapon, which is hilarious and an insult when you kill someone.
