How do i set a pass for vista?

Recently people went on my computer without me even knowing and i had all my personal info such as cc number and more on the sticky notes on the gadgets section to the right.

So yeah how do i set a password for vista? i obviously can't figure it out.

Start -> Control Panel -> User Accounts

Very top option allows you to create a password.
