I read an article about the Zen stones (Audio only) the other day in Vista magazine. I can't remember what the article said but I know I was impressd when I saw it, I think I will have a look for them over the weekend.
The website for Zen says the MP4 models can only play "short video clips" so I'm a little worried as to why they arent showcasing them to be some kind of film powerhouse like all the others do. Not to worry though, I will have a looksy for myself.
Thanks for the help Ome6a. Second opinions really help an indecisive person like me. If the worst comes to the worst, I can always get the ol' PSP out of wherever it is and buy a new memory stick for it. :smile:
PS: I didn't get a touch screen laptop. I have just potentially been given a new-old laptop as a server/hardware project so I will see how that one pans out.
I bought a DS yesterday (Another spur of the moment thing) so I am getting something from chipmonster whereby I can use it as an MP4 player and I will never have to buy a game again...... but sshhh.
Odd question but You said all models should be out this weekend? Is the Itouch out? Because I went to buy one and the guy at target said it wasn't out and I looked at apple web site it said order now. So just a tad confused.
the iPod touch, not the iTouch isn't out in stores, at least in Canada, but is shipping them too stores.

i played with the ipod touch last weekend when i was in a best buy. its surprisingly thin. its as big as the original ipods but thin as a nano. its crazy good.
i was pretty impressed with it, but thats because i still have the original ipod.
I was so excited to hear about these, until I saw the memory specifications. I have an 80 GB 5G iPod that's just about packed to the gills. There's no way I'd get a 16 GB iPod as a replacement.
Well my first gen Ipod mini is ******** the bed (won't hold charge, resets during play) so I orderd an 8gb Ipod touch last night off amazon.com and I'm looking forward to it. Will be different looking at such a massive screen compaired to the minis 1" screen.
I look forward to better interface and internet!
I do have a question, I just bought this last night so does it come with the updated software?
