The only thing I dislike about this game, is the lack of variety when it comes to weapons. Not many you can get. I am a decent length into disc 3, and Kaim maybe went through 6 or 7 swords so far.
Oh, and I rented this game from Gamefly, but earlier today I pushed "Keep up" and bought it for 40 dollars. They are sending the case now.

I think it's just fine. It's more of a classic RPG, it's not meant to be like a MMORPG where there are plenty of weapons to choose from.

Yah, but this is significantly less compared to a lot of other similiar RPGs. In my opinion.
It is pretty much forcing you to use the weapon, because since the game is somewhat linear, you are bound to always run into the next best weapon.

Not really. When you go on the treasure hunts and keep an eye out for the Uhran seals all across the world, you get a LOT BETTER weapons and armor than what you would find in a treasure chest or buy at a merchant.

I have been playing this game a little bit here and there. Not a whole lot, but I am 20 hours in so far.
Also, mOB, how do you react with the Uhran seals? I have ran into many so far int his game but they did nothing. I am mainly just playing through the game until the very end, then I will go explore a lot more indepth.
**Spoilers**
But I now have prince tolten in my party, and so far I broke one seal with HIM. Do I need him for them all?

Yeah, Tolten is the only one who can break them. He has to be an active party member.
If you don't use him, you can just set him in your party, break the seal, then change him back out.

Ok, thanks for clarifying. I thought you were not that far into the game, so I thought there was a different way because you wouldn't have known that by now.
Did you get that far? Or did you read it online?

Who do you guys use for your main party members? Or do you switch them around as you wish? I noticed Jansen and Ming are pretty much the same, but Jansen is better for me. I dunno if I should switch them because Ming can skill link.

I use Seth, Kaim, Sarah, Ming, and Jansen.
Ming and Jansen are pretty similiar, but they are really overpowered, and I guess it just makes it a little easier. Not that it is a good thing, I like a challenge, but whatever. I refuse to have little kids in my party.
***Spoiler***
I have yet to use Sed, but I heard he is pretty good, so I might when I get him. Tolten is pretty underpowered and worthless.
