Tom Clancy's Endwar
It's a new RTS IP that Ubisoft is developing right now. The storyline is simple. The world is a complete mess. The US is under attack from someone. The capital (DC) is now in Boston. All goverment orginizations have been moved to secret locations throughout the country and the NYSE has been moved to Chicago. Also there have been some clues that nukes have been used on some of the recordings on the website; seen here: JSF28555833-80604722
Here are some articles about the game: Ubisoft Starts Teasing New Tom Clancy Game news from 1UP.com
Ubisoft Gets Strategic with Tom Clancy's EndWar news from 1UP.com
BTW it is multiplatform.....

I'll have to keep my eye out on this. It sounds like it should be a good game but then again pretty much everything Tom Clancy does is great.

Sounds like a great idea for a game... let's just hope that Ubisoft stays true to more of their newer games, and they make it a good one! They've set the bar pretty high now that R6V and GRAW2 are very popular games with the masses!!!

Clancy Games are the cream of the crop. I'd like it if they used more of the stuff you see Future Weapons and just run with it. Being able to use Predator Spy Planes with missiles would be fun, stuff like that.

They weren't the "cream of the crop" during the last generation of gaming... aside from a few games in the Splinter Cell series, I'd say they were average at best.
Only recently have the Tom Clancy games been great... all of the others are drink coasters, in my opinion.

Great find Mully. This sounds interesting, kinda like Risk on steroids. I'll be looking forward to more details as they come out.

I see your point.
I only played Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory on the Old Generation consoles, but they're off to a damn good start with R6V and GRAW2. MY horizons have broadend immensely with the Next-Gen console games. I'm playing games now that I never even would've looked at on the old consoles.

That's because all we ever played was Socom.

And life has been so much better (for me) ever since I "retired" from the Socom series... unless of course, I am completely overwhelmed by the way Socom 4 is supposed to play (and look) on the PS3.

Socom did take up most of my time but I was still playing alot of Shooters and both the Star Wars NOTOR and the Burnout series took up alot of my time as well. Now that I think about it I didn't play Socom 2 with alot of my current Parteners in Vidi-ism
