This game looks like its going to own all. What happens in the world depends hugely on your actions, and it is going to have the most realistic dialouge system ever. Set in the future this games apears to have a mix of action / shooter / rpg in it, a formula for total pwnage.

It isnt even close to halo. Totally different type of game.


I think the game looks pretty good though, it seems pretty interactive but, just the combat looks a bit iffy, and from all the gameplay vids there has been pretty bad frame rate issues. Hopefully they get that sorted out. But it is defenitly a game to check out.

Just because they're on another planet and they wear futuristic clothes it looks like a Halo wannabe, wow you people must really love halo

The best thing that thjis game has going for it is the fact that Bioware is developing it... they're the same group that brought "KOTOR" and "Jade Empire" to greatness.

Should be worth a rental at first.

KOTOR was alright but jade empire was extremely repetitive. But I will eventually put mass effect on my gamefly list. It looks pretty promising.

There's a nice article in the new OXM magazine about Mass Effect... this truly sounds like a game that I will like.

Can't wait for it to be released... I will be buying a copy of it!
