Ace Combat 4's ending was when you had to destroy the Megalith and Ace Combat 5's (The Unsung War) ending was having to shoot down the Arkbird and that one Satellite that hurls debris at you everywhere.
I still havent played ACZ, i am also thinking of getting the AC for PSP.

AC4's final mission was probably one of the funnest/toughest missions i've ever played. It ranks up there with some of the levels on RE4.
As for ACZ, that wasn't AC6, AC6 is coming out for the XBOX360, and will have online modes and the whole shebang. That game will be the ONLY reason i'm keeping my 360 too. I can't wait.

However, AC6 (Ace Combat Zero) was a dissapointment. I know that it takes you back in time to AC4, but I wish there was a story line. I hope AC7 will bring you back to AC5 with a great storyline, and some kick @ss planes.

read my thread under this same category and you will be disheartened to know that there may not be any AC game on ps3. Anyway I only own AC5 and love the game apart from the fact that i am stuck on mission 27 "aces" (the one with the huge tunnel)/ I badly want to unlock free mode so i can upgrade me planes and get new ones. Its really annoying. to be honest though, i got so frustrated with this mission after a few attempts and gave up, havent touched it since. I just got past the bit where you pass bartlett in the tunnel, then died 10 seconds later.

Ace Combat Zero is not Ace Combat 6. Ace Combat 6 is an entirely different game that has been anounced for the 360 and will hopefully be released for PS3.

it turns out the game is a timed exclusive (so u were right). Ricktheripper prompted me to do a google search and in the latest news on the game it says that it will in fact be released on the ps3 but later on

Zomg im exactly like you. Well its got no missiles but they could put the yf-12 in the game. This was meant to be the interceptor version of the blackbird but the project was scrapped due to high costs. You can fly one in HEATSEEKER (ps2, wii) but that game has TERRIBLE graphics and not as many planes as AC. The missions are all the same (practically) and you just shoot down millions of planes and ships. It got a bad rating from reviewers...it looks like a game for PS1
