Beat it when it came out but about 3 months ago i played it a bit to max out all my stats and too get all the best weapons like the solus greatsword stuff like that....

the game is not backwards compatible unless u have xbox live then u can just download the update from there i need to do it since i have a 360 i also need to get a mem card so i can transfer my file from my friends xobx to my 360
it sucks that it is not backwards compatible it pissed me off its like i have to get xbox live just to download an update but hey whatev ill get it for a month thats it. just enough time to download it maybe if i actually enojy it ill keep it longer just maybe

you don't have to pay for a gold account in order to get the updates, they're available to silver memberships which are free.

and if i remember correctly when you first set up your live account you get a free 2 month trial of live gold anyway.

there's also a few games out there that when purchased brand new they come with a free 48 hour gold trial membership code.

thanks cool ill have to check that out but i think ive decided to just get a xbox live accnt cuz it seems like its worth it plus i need to improve on my halo playing skills and a good way to do that is to play it online

Actually, you get one free month of the XBL Gold service.

That's how my younger brother's membership went... he got an Xbox 360 for Christmas, I helped him hook it up, he signed up on Xbox Live, and then they game him a complimentary one month trial of the Gold Xbox Live service.

Are you sure? I got mine in Late November and I still have my Gold service.

As for fable I thought it sucked. I can name 10 RPGs that are better.

Well, that's what the message said after he signed up on Christmas morning... and since I do have an above average grasp on the English language, in reading and comprehension, then yes, I am sure.

Whether or not his subscription will extend beyond a month all depends on Microsoft's record keeping... that's not up to me.
