Final Fantasy XII (PS2)

Applying known elements seen universally throughout the series, (Chocobos, Airships, amazing gameplay, ect.) and using elemtents found on past games (Open Monster Attacking found in FFXI. New and improved ATB system found in FFX-2. Loose relation to the FFTA for the Gameboy Advance storyline),

This game is going to rock.

Will there be single player as well as online?

Normally I buy the Final Fantasy for the single player, I did not buy the FFXI version, simply because it didn't have single player (to my knowledge)

It's single player only. FFXI was an experiment and SE plans to not have another online game for a while.

But Yea I love teh FF series. hell no its not gonna be multiplayer.

I played the Demo and must say The story looked GREAT..but The battle system(gameplay) got mixed and is now turnbased/action

Fans of teh series should remember ff9..the battles are like that..but u only control one character and you can move around if you want..No random encounters.

Don't thank me. It was all Cheesy's find. I could care less about this game. I love FFXI, so I was just taking a look in here.

Oh nice! I love FF series. I never played FFXI so I'm not sure how will FFXII will be but I can tell the graphics are the best!

I'll take a swig from the FFXII "kool-aid love" punchbowl... I, too, am a longtime fan of this awesome RPG series... and I can't wait much longer for another worthwhile RPG from the people at Square/Enix.

(And yes, I even liked FFX!)

Other than FFXI, I have played them all.

FFXI wound up turning into one expensive paperweight that I bought... and the only time that my PS2's HDD gets used is when I play HDD maps on SOCOM 2.

The FF series is so great, and ive been waiting for FFXII for a while. Square Enix always annouces their games so early, and they look so good you cant wait.

FFX is, in my opinion, the second best in the series easily beaten out by FFVII, just because the plots are so great. I dont see how you cannot like them.

Im excited for open attacking (the seamless enviroment and what not), but I wasnt a big fan of FFX-2's new battle system. I liked FFX where you could take your time and pick out the best attacks, more strategy involved, while in FFX-2, they put in all of these new costumes, and I rarely used them because I was too busy just attacking the heck out of the fiends because of the constant battle activity.
