Yes, it's the only F1 car and there's BMW but no Mclaren. It's a "demo" though.

Im at about the same spot as you. Just barely beat that BMW timed event. ( I hate those )

The Daytona 500 track is fun. Reminds me of Nascar.

Yes, to the Daytona thing. Indianapolis, no.

Only 6 tracks, Suzuka Circuit, Fuji Speedway, Daytona, Eiger Nordwand, London, and High Speed Ring. Also 70 cars.

GT5 will have around 800 cars and 50 tracks. Those are the current estimates. GT4 had around that amount.

That's a good base for tracks. Fuji and Suzuka are both incredible facilities. (I had the honor of going to the '02 F1 race at Suzuka)

I would love to see more real tracks, like current and former F1 tracks along with more city circuits like this London track I'm guessing.

anyone having trouble with the class B #6 part of the license??? man i cant pass that challange for anything. what am i doing wrong? you can only use one car (integra type R 04) but you have to place in the top 3 on a 1 lap race while starting in the last position. i tried both auto and manual several times but never placed higher than 6th even though i feel like sometimes i am going through the course flawlessly.

I am on the S class missions now, and I honestly am having less trouble with these compared to a select few in B and A. I just beat about half of them getting at least a silver, all on my first attempt.

I looked on Gamefaqs and if you finish all C, B, A, and S class missions, you can unlock the F1 car....instead of spending 2,000,000 credits. I don't know the validity behind that though.

Edit: nvm...you have to beat all the missions AND get 2,000,000 credits. :P
