Are you insane? Table Tennis was pretty damn good, considering Rockstar made it... and if you've ever noticed, they're never done a game like that before.

I played Virtua Tennis on the Dreamcast... I thought it was pretty good back then.

Perhaps if I had my 360 at home, I'd be able to rent this one and check it out.

Well let me rephrase if you will. I thought the single player Table Tennis was a little bland. I didn't really expect much from it considering it was Table Tennis, but it just seemed the non-point gameplay was a little slow. I am probably being too critical. It's just I didn't like the fact that there was what seemed to be a lot of slowtime in between points. It was also a little trying to distinguish between the colors of the shots coming at you to read the spin. Perhaps if I had not been playing it at 2am it would have been a little easier. But it wasn't really that important anyways.

For the gameplay, I thought it was good, fast paced and definately action oriented. I especially liked the fact that you were able to move back away from the table to get some really good volleys going. Ok enough of Table Tennis...

But you are right, I should cut them some slack since it was an attempt at expanding their game development.

Well the Virtua Tennis should hopefully be here tomorrow. I will try to not be as critical of this game, so that I can give it a fair review.

And thanks for changing the spelling to Virtua for me....didn' remember if it had the "l" or not.
