LOL... no offense, but you're not really that good of a card player. You got many lucky "suck outs" (poker term) against JAKK and others that were at the table. Some of the hands I saw you calling raises on were absolutely lucky... are you a beginner at playing Texas hold 'em? Because if you are, I'd call that the biggest case of beginner's luck that I've ever witnessed.

I get lucky some times and some times I like to play cards because I get a feeling from them (Maybe not the smartest thing) that I'll end up winning. Take for example the other day playing with a buddy a full table I a 2 of diamonds and a 8 of clubs in my hand. The flop drew 2 two and and 5. I ended winning the hand with three of a kind. I don't know, some times I just have that feeling other times I don't. I've played it before and watched many a tournament over the tube. I guess you can say I'm new to the xbox verson but oh well, it's poker...I think I got my grandfathers poker luck...

anybody have a review on this game yet? i'm waiting on a real life "objective" human being review because i don't trust game mags and sites who get paid to do reviews and such.

After playing for most of the night, I found out that I need so much practice. Im horrid at it so far. The new left stick hitting never wants to go straight, so I end up shanking so my drives.

ok this might be a stupid question but, have you tried going into your controller options and swapping your sticks? i know you could do so in '06 but i don't know if it's possible in '07.

Stupid question or not. I didn't think about changing it, I was getting pissed that all my drives were shanking to the left into water hazzards or thick jungles. I like the game, I just need to get my drive and putting game in top form.
