That's no reason to lock a thread.
I'm debating on NHL 07 or 2K7. I've heard good and bad things from both, yet I don't know which one is the better choice.

I never really liked the online set up for the EA NHL games because if you haven't played a lot or if you have a bad record, no one really plays you and it can take 30 minutes sometimes to get a damn game going. Is the online the same or has it been made better?

This is the first time I've been online with an NHL game (or any EA Sports game), so I don't know how it's changed, but I like the set up. The ranking system actually works and I never have trouble finding a room. The only time people won't play other people, is when they have a high percentage of games they quit, or if it's one of the top players and a person with a low number of games played joins.

And that's what I'm talking about because when I first get online my record is 0-0-0 and not a lot of people want to play that which is retarded.

Not everyone will play a player with a low number of games played. I said, only the top players, as in the top 20 or so players. I have only had the chance to play with someone with a score over 20 a few times, so it's very rare that I see them. By the time you would see one of them, you'll already have a decent number of games played.

Well, going by the online system I'm used to, it's frustrating as hell trying to play that many games from all of the people who just don't want to play you.

I can see what you mean. However, that's not the case.
I would say give it a chance, it's a lot of fun when you're up against someone with skill, rather than the computer.
