Semi-Pro Exhaust, Semi-Pro Suspension, no Original kits, and we can choose any vehicle we want and add on any mods and tune the car how we want as long as it's RWD and under 500hp/480ft-lbs torque?

The only tuning restrictions are "full-customize" suspension, transmission, limited slip differential, and Nitrous Oxide. Everything else is limitless, but yes, must be in a RWD production car powered under 500hp/480ft.lbs..
Obviously this isnt going to be the most balanced race. Just pick the right car and have fun with it. We'll see who can come up with the best combination.
Good Luck!
EDIT: Sorry for the change.. Dont use NOS. The idea is to keep the power under 500hp 480ft.lbs.

One more question that I forgot to ask the first time which I meant to ask. Tires... What are we going to do about these? What class or what is the best tires that we would be allowed to use in this race?
EDIT***
****! I just bought a Mustang GT and modified it up quite nicely then when I was done, I realized that the GT has more torque than HP and I topped it out at 500hp meaning that I was going to have way more torque then allowed so I have to go through a few more races, get some money, and buy another car. I have two in mind though, just trying to decide which I should go with.

Yea there's a few cars that have that issue. As far as Tires go, we could keep the sport 3's just because we're racing production vehicles, or we could just go ahead and use racing mediums. Im hating these damn Sport 3's. The Sport 3's just cant handle the 500hpower and g's of Nurburgring. Its driving me insane.. If we're going to be building our own race cars up to 500hp, I think we should run tires that can handle it. Agreed?

Let's go with racing mediums because a 500hp car should have a good set of tires on it.
And I'm running a car that is at 450hp but super tuned so hopefully I will be able to keep up.
Also, if it's okay with everyone, is it okay if I use nitrous on my car? I'm hitting 450 hp/420 torque. I might not use this car but I want to know for future refernce.

Racing Mediums agreed.. Hold off on the NOS. If we're going to be held under a certain power limit, we should hold off on the nitrous just because it boosts it like crazy. I can run low 6's on the ring in my Miata with NOS, and it has 320hp. Dont worry about 450hp, most of the cars are going to be very close to that anyway..

Ok, well then I have a car that runs great and will be ready for the race. I haven't run the race for time purposes yet. I have actually speant the last two days looking at cars, modifying, testing, more modifying, and more testing till I came up with a few choices.

Just for future reference, I was told by Dynastar that going 2hp over the limit was acceptable so here are my results as of now.
*Note that I circled everything in red showing objects that were restricted down except the NOS, I forgot to circle that.

There is my car and my engine specs.

There is my dyno and it also shows my semi-pro exhaust.

There is the rest of the parts I have on my car showing that I followed the restriction guidelines.

Last but not least, my time.
I would have gotten under 7 minutes but coming up on a high speed turn I knicked the sand and it sent me into a drift that slowed me down hardcore.
Beat that bitchez! (probably not that hard to)
PS: Please excuse the crappy quality photos. I used my cheaper digital camera to take the pics.

BTW Is it ok if we use money cheats? Because I will just be getting the game and won't have awile to rack up credits.

I dont think anyone is worried about where the money comes from. Just make sure to follow the rules and power limits.
Good Luck
