If you mean in terms of graphics, then yes.. Currently, it is the most realistic (looking) racing game out there. However, if you mean in terms of gameplay, then Im going to have to disagree.

Not to bash your opinion, because it is a great game for some people, but this is NOT a racing simulation game. This is an arcade racer. I had this game for a little while and really tried to get into it but I couldnt. This game is so beautiful and has such amazing vehicles... but they all have the exact same driving characteristics and none of them drive accurately.

For instance, I was maxing out a Ferrari Enzo on a straightaway pushing close to 200mph when I am passed by an early 90's Corvette like I am standing still.

Need I say more?

Very pretty game, but no where close to reality in terms of actual racing.

Maybe the guy driving the Corvette had his car hooked up with nitrous?

Nitrous shouldn't give you that much power. An enzo would kill the vette even with nitrous no matter what unless the vette had extra engine work done to it.

And a whole bunch of other ****.. Even a 93 Callaway ZR-1 with nitrous couldnt touch an Enzo on a straight, let alone pass it like it was standing still. Boneville salt flats race car anyone?

Why are you getting pissy? You're the one who forgot to add it. Anyways, I played the game and it does have a more arcade-y feel to it. I'll stick with my Gran Turismo.

You have to understand Negative Creep. Everything he says has a "[Sarcasm]" mark on it. It's just that sometimes it's invisible.
