Even though I don't watch the WWE television shows, I will agree with you on wrasslin' games being hella fun to play!

Pardon the double post, but I thought this little tidbit of information warranted it... there's a download available on XBL for this game. It's a 1.06 GB file, and as of right now, I only have 8% of it downloaded (as of 3 minutes ago).
I'll post my opinions of the game after I spend some time playing it.

I played the demo last night, and though I suck at the game, I thouoght it has the potential of being a very solid game. The intros were pretty well put together. I especially liked it when Triple H spit the water and the mist "settled". Pretty impressive!

I definitely think this game is a step or two above lat year's version of WWE wrasslin'... the crowd interaction is phenomenal... hell, even the commentary is a bit better than last year. It was worth the hour long download, for sure.
I'll have to start saving up, so I can buy this game outright once it is available to purchase.
I've heard that there will be a good number of unlockable characters, as well...

I just had me a 45 minute long match against kane, he beat me to a pulp, but i gave him 6 pedigrees.
It was great how to bleed and sweated, i think every stadium has they're own crown interaction so im looking foward to seeing more of it, hope they got alot of backstage things, i know the number of wwe superstars is going to be great, Dx is gonna be in there i cant wait!

LMAO... same here. I got too cocky when I was fighting Kane... I should have pinned him when I had the chance.
I'm also growing fond of the new grappling system... there are movesets inside of movesets. Make for a much deeper gameplay experience, if you ask me.

Press start and go to control settings and set it to D, thats a PS2 control type

But if I wanted a PS2 control setup, I'd wait to play the game on my cobweb filled PlayStation 2.
