Fight Night Round 3 (Xbox/360)

For everyone who has this game for Xbox360 what do you think about it? I think it is sweet, so realistic and just a great all around boxing game.

The screenshots that I have seen for the 360 version look awesome... does it play as good as it looks? Official Xbox Magazine gave this game a 10/10... their first perfect score, according to their editors.

I just got an Xbox 360 today... perhaps I'd give this game a rent.

It is better than it looks. With the 360 graphics its like actually being there, but your using the guy. Some of the features are amazing and yes you should give it a rent.

Did you get the core system or one with a hard drive? I have an original XBOX and am planning toi get a 360 as soon as the hard drives become available. I played Fight Night Round 2 on the XBOX and loved it. If you were pummeling a guy against the ropes and knocked him out, then you could keep him up for about 4-5 hits after you've knocked him out by throwing hooks or uppercuts and keeping him against the ropes! It's the funniest thing ever. I'll make a video of it and post it so keep your eyes open for it or send me a pm. Hopefully you'll be able to do that in Fight Night Round 3.

I would definitely suggest grabbing a 360 with the hard drive, because yes I was one of the unlucky ones who's 360 burned the first day.

I got the Premium Edition Xbox 360... the one that includes the wireless controller, the HDD, the headset, ethernet cable, component HDTV cable, and the Xbox Live Silver membership. Lucky me, I found one on eBay for less $$$ than they sell for at retail stores.

I just read an atricle online stating that the 360 HDDs are tougher to find right now than even the actual consoles. Ouch...

LMAO... yeah, I know what you're talking about!!! I used to do the same thing when I was playing Fight Night Round 2 on my original Xbox. Totally hilarious!!!

I don't have it but my friend Tim dose. The graphics are so amazing. The gameplay looks like cut scenes. I played it on an HDTV so it looked 2x as good. I whooped his *** in it. Amazing gameplay, if I ever get a 360, thats the first game I'm getting.

Edit: BTW Negative, do you know how much that would cost out of the stores?

I played the demo while I was at one of the local video game stores. I found it to be amazing graphically! The movement/controls were extremely smooth, which in turn, made the game a blast since the boxers whould do what you asked them to do.

For those of you who own the game, how is the actual game? Do you just fight in tournaments, or is there a story line?
