I'm pretty sure that it has a career mode... I'm thinking that maybe I should give this game a rent, and check it out for myself.

I don't think there's an actual storyline it goes by. I just got my 360 the other week w/ the hard drive so I'll probably be getting FN R3 soon. So far all's I have is GRAW and it's pretty amazing. I played FN R3 on the 360 at the store and at home on my original and they were both good so it's probably next on my list of games to get.

I was amazed by Fight Night Round 3 and how well the game played. The one thing I was disappointed in was the fact that they took the Meter for the KO Punch out.
Other than that the game is freakin sweet and as soon as the price goes down on a used game at EBGames I'll buy it

Bestbuy usually has the used ones out quicker where I live which equals less time to wait. The game is awesome.

I played the demo on the original XBOX and the handling was great with the total punch control. The demo I downloaded for the 360 had better graphics but the controls weren't as responsive. It's most likely because it's a downloaded version but how are they in the game? Is there a slight delay from when you input the punch to when it's actually thrown?

Doesn't sound like it; from what I've heard, ODIN. I really need to get off my arse and rent this game... I've heard that it's one of the best 360 games available now.

You work your way up a career ladder starting out as a rookie and slowly going up as you earn titles and fame. It has features like newpaper headlines and equipment you can buy. Much of it depends on your choice. You could pick the fight that gets you the most fame but you could always pick the one with the fat paycheck. It's simply amazing gameplay. The use of the analog sticks to hit instead of buttons is genius.
