What type of tires should I use and how would I manuver the car to pull off a good drift? When I begin drifting and I counter-turn to hold the drift my tires catch everytime and my car goes out of control.
Also, would I start the drift from an E-brake jump?

I suggest you Comfort Tire (N2). Take a good drift car like a Nissan Silvia. I drift when I feel when to turn and such. Try to step on the gaz and countersteer, do not stand your wheel and do nothing, it will grip. Try E-Brake drift, it's simple. Just pull the e-brake until you oversteer then countersteer smoothly, tap the pedal. Just be careful at the exit corner. Just don't countersteer much because at the end, you'll be unstable.
That's about it, if you need some help, I can help you or you can play Xlink with me so it should be easier.
