The best fighting game?

i havent played tekken three since i was 13, shortly after that time i actually started getting good at fighting games and started playing with alot of hardcore asian players, so i started playing more hardcore games with them. Tag tournament stimulated some intrest for a little bit, but with games like the VS. series,SF3 and KOF 97-2000 out, it got passed over easy.

After Tekken 3 ,the series was pretty much all flash and graphics, and how many times they kill Kazuma and make devil characters, with gameplay pretty much securley in the backseat. Not saying that the games arent good, but i just cant recommend them for hardcore competetive play, its just too easy.

huh? i dont get what you said, but those are btoh games that arent out on consoles and i doubt youve played Tekken 6.

Huh? Fight Night 3 has been out for ages, and Tekken 6 has been out in arcades for a while, as far as I know. Why do you doubt him?

Tekken 6 is only out in arcades in Japan. The game itself is still being constructed and mastered for maximum awesomeness for the console. The latest Tekken game on console right now Is Tekken Dark Resurrection which is a spruced up version of Tekken 5. It's only as downloadable content at the PS Store.

Oops sorry i was thinking he meant round 4, my mind didnt think he would actually be talking about that old *** game as one of the best fighters so i kinda overlooked that he actually meant 3. but anyway yea, only a handful of arcades in the nation have the imported, converted arcade machines, so i doubt hes played it. I will tell yout his much about it, the devil angel characters are getting out of hand.

I dunno why they ported dark ressurection from psp to psnetwork. Hope it was easy to port.

They just took the game and made it look PS3 good and made it available to download. No biggy but it's definitely an awesome game. You can see a big difference between that game and Tekken 5.

I like the Devil characters because they hold onto a lot of the older Jin and Kazuya moves which are most beastly in my opinion.

Well i kno thats what they did but i just feel it was a waste of time, but getting back on topic devil jin looks like a big *** pigeon in 6, and plays alot similar to the regular selectable Jin. It really doesnt matter anyway becuse your basically going to use the same juggles anyway(no sarcasm).

Then edit Devil Jin with Bat wings which fit the rest of his look better. You know there's a reason and a story behind the whole game series right?

story? comon you have to be kidding me. the whole devil scenario was dumb to begin with, comon a devil gene?! Kazuya selling his soul to the devil?! dont make me laugh. They should have axed that **** after Tekken 2, it was very stupid. The devil/angel characters look really retarded whatever way you slice it.
