I can say to you with all honesty that the Xbox version looks really really good. I refuse to lower myself to the "PS2 suxxors"/"PS2 pwns Xbox" rantings... I'm sure that both look almost identical.
(But I'd be willing to wager that the Xbox version runs at a higher framerate though.)
