Sound doesnt even come close to NFSU2.And the soundtrack is soooo bad!One of the first things I did was go to jukebox and turn off all but 5 songs.They should have had an American dude handle the soundtrack.But overall the racing is awesome

The soundtrack of GT4 is terrible! I couldnt stand it at first but now im starting to get used to the songs. Its kinda like when you buy a cd and gradually enjoy the terrible songs after they are driven into you.

I agree with you, Dynastar... I just got my copy in the mail from Gamefly last week, and the GT4 soundtrack definitely grew on me over time. It's just too bad that my PS2 broke down on Sunday... I wanted to play some more of this game really bad ever since.

(But it's all good... my new PS2 laser & laser ribbon cable are on their way to me so I can get my PS2 running like new once again!!!)

Yeah I just play my own music when I play, seems to take care of that problem.

Oh and is it just me, but isnt the Fuji Speedway poorly designed? The lines seem to blend together and the blacktop seems to get a little blurred at the far distances. I can never guess as to where I am going.

Its not all that bad.My fav tracks are Mazda seca and Infineon, stock or sports layout.I own computer Ai and want to race real folks online.If the game comes out later this year with online racing Ill drop another 50 on it.
If you play your own music then you miss out on exhaust note and tire scretch.I just went ahead and TURNED music volume down to ZERO.The sountrack bites so bad I cannot suffer through it.

When I had 6.2% done I owned 5 BMWs (M3 CSL, 330i, M3 GTR Race Car, M5, M3) 3 Mercedes (CLK Touring Car, CLK Race car, SLR Mclaren).

It is possible. Find the big money races and do them over and over again.

I think all games should be online play.....I find no point in playing a game I can't play with a friend from across the globe....all offline games suck (except for the GTA series..which I still wish online play for)

Thats what I hate about the game to get lots of money you need to do the same races over and over and over again and it gets boring after awhile.
