Farve needs to just stay retired...
The Packers already handed Rodgers the QB helm

There's no way Packer's Brass will allow him to go to an NFC North Team

I know but it'd be wonderful ahaha that team would be sick.. but i understand why the packers don't want him and are fed up with his false retirements but the guys just had a huge year why wouldn't you start him.

I can't picture Favre on a different team other than GB.

I'd love for him to go back to GB, but they have Rodgers now..and didn't they get 1 or 2 QBs in the draft also?

He's not going anywhere since Green Bay Management has denied his request for a release. Is there any other way he can get out of the contract besides being traded?

I believe he can opt out of his contract, but that can get expensive.

Forgot about that. Well the GM did say that they will welcome Favre back, but what role he will play was not revealed. It seems like a big waste to prep Rodgers all this time for the upcoming season only to have him sit out. Then again, it's Bret Favre that he would be giving his spot to....

Green Bay announced that Favre can serve as a backup quarterback to Aaron Rodgers. I think that's the most bonehead move they could make. Brett is guaranteed 12.5 million next year, and for nothing but sitting on the bench. I'm thinking Favre will eventually opt out if that's his last option. He wants to play, not sit.
