I really have no clue who is going to the East this year.. I still say the Bulls for the east but they got crushed my the magic of all teams. The 6ers are looking strong, the pistons still have 4 solid players in their line-up and the celtics have some good players. The heat have Wade and Shaq. They also have Morning who can play PF and back-up center for Shaq.
In the West the Mavs are still strong and the Suns are ok even tho I think they need to get a good back-up Center. The Lakers are most likely going to have a good year, Lamar odem is going to have a carear year. The clippers and Warroirs are both coming off good seasons.

I like the Clippers this year, even know they got beat by the sun's last night. I also like the Heat out of the east....They did get rocked by the bulls but Shaq and Wade got into foul trouble in the first 10 mins of the game. The Big daddy will end up getting them to the finals

Wow, the Bulls win by 40 against the Heat and then lose consecutive games to the Magic and Kings.
they are a very inconsistant team...i don't know how they will do in the long run, but i think once the players get more "comfortable" with eachother they might be able to keep some stability.
