SHARKs won against the Blues! 5-4 in OT. That was a fantastic game with alot of solid plays. What a great way to open the season up.

The Rangers had a great game last night, winning 5-2. Lundquist didn't get a lot of work, but he still looked like his amazing self from last year. I have mixed feelings with Jagr wearing the "C" but there really isn't anyone else to wear it, especially since the majority of the team is very young. I agree with you Boba on Dawes, he looks like he is going to be a solid contributer to the team, definitely a good pick up for the Rangers.

I can't believe that the Canucks have won two games. Is it some sort of mistake? I didn't watch either game, but I find it hard to believe that they'd suddenly decide to work.

The Rangers had quite a game last night against the Flyers. It eventually ended up in a shootout with each team tied at 4. No one could score, as player after player tried to slide one past each of the goalies, only to be stopped. Marcel Hossa ended it though by scoring for the Rangers in the 13th round though. By the time it got to the 8th or 9th round, I was definitely waiting for the Rangers to send up Malik so he could end it with his between the legs shot

The Predators games are never on tv so I can never watch them.
Can someone tell me what their record is right now?

Oh really? My dad was on the internet and was reading the shootout thingy. Like it will say who goes and if they scored and stuff. It went to like 22 guys on the internet lol, they must of messed up bad. I was cracking up so much that nobody could score.
Anyways did anyone see the oiler flames game last night? It was great. Well not for Staios anyways, Dion Pheanuf took a slap shot from the point and I think it hit Staious in the face! Great game though.

SHARKs owned the Islanders 2-0. McLaren had an excellent hip-check and Blake got sandwiched behind his own net. That game was pretty awesome, especially since Nabokov got a shutout which he hasn't done in awhile.
SHARKs Record: 2-0
