Silent Sniper, you really think the Wings are going to lose the series? They did get off to a shaky start, but I am watching the game right now and they look like the Detroit Red Wings should look like. Completing passes, and are able to actually drive the net.
Anyways, I think the Sens and Wings will be in the finals. I don't want the Sens in the finals to face the Wings, but they look like they might just win.

I do. I just have this feeling.
Anyway, I'm watching the Devils & Rangers game and Cylon, it sure looks like the Rangers aren't gonna win this one either. It's 3-1 with 10 min to play.
I think I'll have to go and grab a broom. lol
EDIT - Game over. Final Score was 4-2. Only 4 game sweep in the first round.

Get the broom, Devils just won 4-2. Horrible series for the Rangers. The Devils just dominated and out scored the Rangers 17-4 in the series. After the first game, I knew the Rangers were in for a beating. Only team to get swept in the first round, lol. Until next year for the Rangers!

I laughed at the very first shift for the Rangers. Jagr gets nudged into the boards and is never seen again. It reminded me of Eric Lindros.
The 4-0 part is great, but the better part is that the Devils are now on a 15 game winning streak.

Its not like he was really hurt. First he had a sore body, then a problem with his shoulder. Plain and simple, he should have played. Umberger of the Flyer got a layed out after a brutal hit (I dont know if you saw that, but you should have seen him afterwards. he hit the ground and his eyes rolled back and everything. it was a horrible hit for him). He comes back and scores a goal. that is dedicated, something Jagr lacked during these playoffs.

That's why I laughed. He gets a little hit and leaves the game. During the playoffs you have to give 210%. If you get hit, you get back up.

There was probably no bonus for the playoffs for him. I feel Jagr is all about the money (I mean a lot of athletes are, but he is more so then others), and all about the "Me, me, me!" Watching the Rangers this season got me a little disgusted. The annoucers and all reporters focused all on him, and gave him all the credit, while people like Lundquist, Ward, Ortmeyer, Straka, and Nylander were all working very hard, but recieved hardly any credit.
Jagr had an outstanding season. Thats because everyone would feed him the puck, even if they had an open net or shot. He took an insane about of shots on goal every game.
I feel like since he came on the team, the players and annoucers have some kind of agreement in their contracts to give the puck to Jagr, and make him out to be the hero. Of course this really did not happen, but that is what it sure feels like.
Jagr really only gave maybe 20% in the games he played against the Devils. Once he started getting hit and bangd up by the Devils, he got all frustrated, which was actually very funny to watch.

If anything is weak on Tampa Bay it's the Goaltending. I don't know if you watched Game 2 last night , but the Lightning played hard and the Goaltending was much improved. If the Lightning would've lost game 2 in Ottawa I would've said they're going down in the first round , but now the next two games are in Tampa, and now the pressure is definetly on Ottawa.
I still can't figure out for the life of me why Khabibulan left for a bigger paycheck to go to a losing team in Chicago. I know I just answered my own question, but Chicago is going nowhere never have , never will.

I love the lightning, but I agree, they need a new tender. I think that the Wings are taking the cup home. I have always loved them, they are the better team the Edmonton. GO YZERMAN!

My Avs destroyed Dallas.
The Rangers also took a fierce beating.
Hinote completely ****ed up Madona with a nice clean hit. Knocked him out cold.
Also, I'm rooting for Philly because Forsberg is on that team. He's my favorite player. Long live Sweden!

This just in! Red Wings lose to Edmonton after Edmonton scores with one minute left in the third period. Silent gets an A for confidence in his pick.
