I refuse to argue with you, Easton. Your comparison between the AL central and the NL East is completely ludacris and irrelevant. I did not say the NL East was weak and nor did I say the AL Central was strong. You are grasping at straws while trying to counter what I have said.

I will also add this little tid bit of info. If you are attempting to VALIDATE your knowledge of baseball, you may want to go to some of those team sites and research how to spell the players' names! That was an extremely poor display of your "knowledge". I have never heard of any MLB players by the name of Reteria, Texria, McCan, or Francour. Also, what team does Derick Jeter play for? I know Derek Jeter is a Yankee. I KNOW who you are talking about, but I question if you do. Bring your "A" game, champ, or leave your post where it belongs....in the trash!

Rollins, Jeter, Tejada, Ramírez, Tulowitzki, Greene, Hardy, Crosby, Peralta, are just some of the many SS that are better than Reyes. Don't get me wrong, Reyes is a great player but he needs to keep his head in the game.

I can assure you that you know nothing about skill level of players. You have just validated my thoughts that were expressed in my previous post! It is as simple as that! Did you just say Khalil Greene and J.J. Hardy are better than Jose Reyes? Please explain, in a factual sense, how either of the aforementioned players is better than Reyes????????

None of the above mentioned shortstops you claim to be better than Reyes were able to induce a balk once. Reyes did it twice last season which resulted in his scoring because the pitcher was afraid of him stealing home. He kicks ***. Don't start this argument. Rollins may have better numbers and be more valuable to his team's success, but come on...stop trashing Reyes. This Phillies and Mets rivalry is getting to your head I think.

Reyes does need to mentally prepare better for games, but physically he still has the potential to be one of the best SS in the game. I like to watch him play.

So you need to start bashing because I don't know how to spell a player's name right? I can't believe our little argument wouldn't turn into a flame fest at first.

A player isn't just defined by what they do on the field, but what you they do in the clubhouse. I done arguing with you now, as I know this will just turn into a flame fest.

I just don't like the way Reyes acts. He's great on the field and exciting to watch, but he needs to understand that his team will always have a chance to win and comeback. The people I mention aren't all that better on the field, but better people in the clubhouse.

You don't like Reyes because he plays for the Mets. Plain and simple. He is 24 years old. Excuse him for not showing the level of maturity that veteran players do. The fact that anybody brings up his attitude is absurd and should not even be a question. Move the **** on. He is one of the best shortstops in the game. End of story.

David Wright is 25 and acts far more mature, along with Tulowitzki, Cole Hamels, Ryan Zimmerman (who is only 22) and many other players under the ago of 25.

I also don't dislike him because he's on the Mets. Hell, I like David Wright, Shaun Green, Ambiox Burgous, Billy Wagner, and even La Duca when he played for them just because he was such a good role player. Don't assume just because I hate the Mets, I hate their players.

See? I know some things when it comes to baseball...

EDIT: And please... enough already with this AL East-based arguing back and forth, for christ sake... honestly. I understand that "talking" sports can get heated, but enough... for the love of all that is holy.

I hate you, Creep. You always try to pretend you are a moderator.....oh wait, you are. Damn you and your authority!

Can we all chat about the NL West? If we do, this conversation will be short lived and simple. That whole division sucks except for Juan Pierre.....LOL For those of you who are taking this seriously, don't. I am just a huge fan of Juan Pierre!
