maybe its a fault in the game why they dont die at 78M ?

wow it takes a real smart person to knpow that if you shoot them in the head with any thing scorped or none scoped they will die..... i hate to say this.... your guide is bullsh!t

It doesn't take test results to let me know that when you shoot someone in the head, they die.

Headshots dont count at 78 meters away, its weird, its a glitch.
