No. It may have a been a game glitch during that particular round, but the M40A1 is not available to terrorists on any map unless it's not a respawn and you pick up it from a fallen SEAL.

ya, also the IW can be used on both sides in waterworks, only thing is terrorists too poor to hav a supressor 2 avaliable wit it

JSTAB you forgot one of the assault rifles or if its a carbine. i beat the game this morning (i beat it in three days) and i was going to replay a level, and i saw a 552/225 (which ever one it is) gun i dont think ive seen a terrorist use one though.
