I don't think you understand this concept. Photoshop is for making photos's not .FLA files. TO make .FLA you need Macromedia Flash Maker

I meant that if you can make a photoshop animation as maybe an .mng or something, then maybe it would be easier to make the .swf.
My end-goal is to get a Flash for it (.swf).

Nobody answered my question... I could do this in half a tick with Vegas, but it would come out in a movie file, I don't know if anyone would be able to convert it or what, but here's what I can render video as with Vegas.....
Yeah, it's simple to make it rotate in vegas, but like I said, I don't know if the file type would be okay or not.
