Why does everyone hate this gun? I just went 12-3 in Killing Fields with this gun and by the way I wasn't near the bomb. Also I use it in DVR snipe bound games and I usually am i the top three when we finish. I know it sounds like I am just bragging but I just have to say it because of its accuracy. Although it has a slow fire rate, its a must that you use its high rate of accuracy to get a headshot, hey the first sniper rule is one shot, one kill am I right?

Its a great lightweight sniper rifle. I usually use it in crucible big when i want to carry m2 mines or an AT4 and still have a decent pistol.

I think it's a great weapon. It's the one I use the most, when I'm a Seal. Depending on the map, I'll equip it with the front grip or use the long silencer. And change scopes for the different maps also. But I usually like the red dot or the mid-range scope.

its a really good practice weapon but if ure looking for accuracy for a head shot the SASR or SR-25 is actually more accurate.... but im not completely against the M40 if u can get good with it ure good with all snipers.
