Regardless of the sniper rifle, the bullet will go exactly where you place the middle of those crosshairs every time. The factors are distance, and stopping power of the rifle (OSOKs versus the 2-shot kill rifles).
yes...but the accuracy effects it out of scope as well. I dont notice much in scope but out of scope i do. When I play Snipe No X Night i dont even use the scope i just use the M40 no scope with NG goggles.

Exactly out of scope if you stand still with the m40 the bullet goes straight.
