The main thing you'll need is people that are willing to cooperate with you. You can have an awesome plan going, but if no one wants to try it, then it's worthless.
Anything can be workable, as long as you have a contingency plan.
Example:
You set up a good strategy for about three of your members to take out a tank. What if that tank takes out your three member first? Do you have a plan to fall back on?
I think that's what frustrates alot of team members. They think that because the plan didn't work, it's automatically a horrible plan.
Another option is to develop plans that use the least amount of team member as possible. Ask yourself, "Can I take out that tank with four people, or can I do it with two people instead?"
In the end, it's all up to how the team functions with each other. Every clan has a different practicing set-up that works the best for them.
