If you are asking if the round has less range with a silencer, the answer is yes it does. I think it averages about 20 meters less then having the weapon un-suppressed (accuracy will take a small hit too).

No, He's saying. Do the bullets have more stopping power without the silencer than with the silencer. I'ed hear that they are more powerful without the silencer.
i dont know... maybe someone could test it in a private room w/a friend who doesnt mind getting killed a few rounds, lol. i always figured the silencer took some of the stopping power out of the gun. atleast in my experience, i find it takes longer to kill enemies w/a silencer, unless i'm hitting their head in cqc.
It's still 3 rounds to kill someone, regardless if your weapon is suppressed or not. Since the accuracy is less, you'll have more of a chance of hitting your target in the arms/legs/etc (hence the times you end up shooting your opponent 5-7 times to kill him).

By reducing the accuracy the silencer becomes ballanced. It wouldn't be fair if you could use stealth more effectively and do the same ammount of dammage. (Not so much unfair, as just stupid)

Silencer makes everything go down a little... accuracy, distance, power
yea but then it basically makes up for all of that with the enemy not be able to detect you and allowing you more shots/chances to kill an enemy without them realizing it than if you didnt have a slilencer on it. But of course this only works if you are actually trying to be stealthy.
