Heh I've noticed that if you see an enemy running straight at you but is too far to go ballistic with your gun. Simply scope in on him and he's down. I like how the M16 in scope mode hardly moves at all. So you can just fire full auto almost and its like pinpoint accuracy.[/code]
I like using the Red Dot scope just because of the fact that it makes it a little harder. If I'm going to use a larger scope, I'm going to switch to a full-blown sniper rifle. I never have problems engaging targets out to 110 meters with the Red Dot Scope (the target is about the size of the actual dot on the scope, so cover your target with that dot, keep it covered, and fire about 3-5 shots).

I like the M16A2 also the best gun in the game if you know how to use it. The majority of captains in Socom 2 used M16's and now that it shoots more like an auto people has been using it better. I just don't use it in small maps like Citadel and Fault. But I love picking off snipers with the M16 it's like an Assault Rifle/Sniper Rifle. The gun is still hard to use when it is laggy.
